About
Instead of paying full price for one fixed-size challenge, traders pay one draw price and may land a challenge that normally costs up to $2,000, with odds published upfront.
Prop-firm traders pay $60 to $2,000 for each evaluation challenge, and the price climbs with the account size. Many fail and pay again, so a shot at a large account is expensive and most retail traders stick to small ones. There is no cheaper way to try for a large challenge, and nothing fun about buying one. So let's rip one!
Prop-firm traders: people already paying for evaluation challenges to get a funded trading account.
A cheap draw that raises their odds of landing a large-account challenge.
Several prop traders we spoke to said they would use it. Still unproven: no one has shipped this format before.
Gacha has gone mainstream onchain: crypto users now buy randomized draws backed by real assets every day. At the same time, retail prop firms have multiplied and compete hard for new traders, which opens room for new ways to reach them. DRAWUP sits where the two meet. Next comes a second layer: trading agents that users can pay for and customize to trade their funded account, an experiment the same audience is ready for.
drawup.xyz is live with a landing page and a waitlist. The draw product is almost ready and should ship within a month. The prop-firm partnership that supplies the challenges is still being finalized.

$20,000 raise: 20% seeds token liquidity, 80% ($16,000) goes to the treasury. Monthly spend is capped at $2,000, about 8 months of runway: $1,000 for tech and infrastructure (hosting, RPC, draw engine) and $1,000 for marketing and operations. No salary: Chris is paid only through the team package, which unlocks only if the token price multiplies.

Unproven format
No one has sold prop-firm challenges as a draw. Interest comes from conversations with traders, not from sales or a waitlist yet.
Depends on prop-firm partnerships
DRAWUP needs a partner prop firm to issue the challenges. We are in talks with one firm but nothing is signed. Without a deal the product cannot launch, and partner terms may change the draw economics.
Founder is part-time
Chris keeps his role at SwissBorg as his priority and builds DRAWUP on evenings and weekends. Progress depends on his spare time. He takes no salary from the raise.
Team will propose removing the 18-month lock
After launch, the team intends to submit a proposal to remove the 18-month lock, as CARS did. Price-based unlocks (2x/4x/8x/16x/32x on a 3-month TWAP) still apply, so team tokens only unlock if the price gets there. The proposal passes only if the market approves it.
Legal
Bootstrap a first community through the Backable raise: backers become the first users. Then grow through prop-firm partnerships: DRAWUP brings each firm new traders, and each firm brings its own audience to DRAWUP. We are already in talks with one prop firm, and a format no one else offers makes the deal easy to pitch.
Prop firms sell challenges at fixed prices; no one sells them as a draw. DRAWUP turns a dry exam fee into a game with published odds, and the planned agent layer lets users put a customized trading agent on their account.
